About the role
- Create a variety of communication and marketing materials directed toward independent insurance agents
- Plan, schedule and coordinate the production and distribution of agent communications, including email campaigns, product notices, promotional materials, benefit guides and training materials
- Write, design, create and deliver engaging marketing content that promotes our features and benefits to agents
- Proofread, edit and provide constructive criticism on the work of clients and associates
- Serve as a primary contact with both external and internal parties on programs such as new brand launch communications, marketing promotions and agency communication processes
- Develop expertise in company products and services, as well as customer and agent personas to utilize in content creation, marketing and promotion
- Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and overall brand presentation across all channels
- Participate in the testing of new or revised procedures as it relates to the business systems
- Provide procedural suggestions and ideas for implementation
- Explore new delivery methods and communication forums for independent insurance agents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with an emphasis in Graphic Arts, Design, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage complex projects
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Internet technologies and resources
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
