About the role
- Develop and leverage expert knowledge of Personal Lines Nonstandard Auto products
- Maximize opportunity for success in assigned region
- Develop and implement product plans to meet annual goals
- Take responsibility for profit and loss results
- Execute strategic plans for product risk appetite and market entry
- Develop coverage solutions, pricing improvements, and contract language
- Collaborate with business partners to drive changes to systems/business practices
- Ensure regulatory compliance for products with staff responsible for compliance and filings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years related Personal Lines work experience, 5+ years preferred
- Prior insurance and product management experience
- Superior leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships
- Data driven decision making
- Ability to meet travel requirements of the position
