Frontend Engineer

• Develop, maintain, and improve VyOS – Open source router and firewall platform using Next.js, Vercel, and DatoCMS.
• Design and implement new site features and interactive components to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Manage and optimize content models, schemas, and workflows within DatoCMS to support scalable content management.
• Oversee and maintain CI/CD pipelines across Vercel, GitHub, and DatoCMS, ensuring smooth, automated builds and deployments.
• Monitor site performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure uptime, speed, and responsiveness across devices.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and product teams to translate business goals into effective digital experiences.
• Stay current with web technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve the site’s architecture and development workflow.
• Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing across the team.

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure all departments work efficiently toward company goals
• Monitor progress of all departments to ensure goals, KPIs, and OKRs are being met
• Hold managers and team leads accountable for execution of epics/tasks and delivery on commitments
• Escalate delays, blockers, and underperformance directly to the COO
• Maintain and improve processes across teams (reporting, Jira workflows, task tracking)
• Maintain visibility into workload, utilization, and productivity across teams
• Introduce and monitor routines for weekly updates, check-ins, and deadlines
