Define and govern the enterprise Salesforce architecture across CRM, BD, and Life Sciences Cloud
Architect solutions using Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, and core CRM capabilities
Ensure appropriate separation and interoperability between commercial CRM data and regulated life sciences data
Lead architecture decisions related to LSC data models, workflows, and industry features
Own the technical architecture and execution strategy for migrating from the current PSP CRM platform to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud
Define data migration architecture, including mapping, transformation, sequencing, and validation
Ensure data quality, historical data handling, auditability, and traceability
Act as a technical check and balance on System Integrators
Define integration patterns with enterprise systems (ERP, finance, data platforms, analytics, third-party vendors)

Requirements

8+ years of Salesforce experience, including senior architecture roles
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud
Strong background in core Salesforce CRM architecture
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce platforms
Experience leading complex CRM or platform migrations to Salesforce
Strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and migration tooling
Experience managing coexistence and phased migrations in regulated environments
Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven architectures, middleware)
Experience working in regulated industries (life sciences, healthcare, pharma, biotech)
Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, CTA) are preferred
