About the role

  • Assist in developing and implementing People Operations initiatives; to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience (including employee engagement and retention)
  • Conduct research regarding emerging trends in HR and analyze internal data to gather insights into best practices and help develop action plans
  • Collaborate with People team members to identify areas for improvement and drive alignment and integration of People initiatives with broader organizational goals, leveraging AI and automation opportunities
  • Provide support with administrative tasks, including responding to people-related inquiries, entering data into Workday, running reports, and conducting audits
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to brainstorm ideas and solutions for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR
  • Critical thinker who can analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and with accuracy
  • Strong experience in modern LLM (Large Language Model) tools like Gemini/ChatGPT and curiosity in applying Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation concepts to People Operations processes
