About the role

  • Own the post-signature execution and success of SentinelOne’s most strategic technology alliances, including hyperscalers and key ISV partners.
  • Translate partner strategy defined by Strategic Partnerships leadership into operational programs, execution roadmaps, and success milestones.
  • Design and lead end-to-end alliance success programs, including governance models, operating cadences, workflows, and escalation paths.
  • Establish programmatic rigor to ensure prioritization, sequencing, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to operationalize integrations, support adoption, and provide structured feedback into roadmap planning as well as strategically align with Sales.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, TAM, and Services teams to build in strategic partner motions into field execution and customer engagement.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure partner health, adoption, and business impact.
  • Build dashboards and executive-ready reporting to provide visibility into alliance performance and execution progress.
  • Identify operational gaps and execution risks, developing playbooks and processes to mitigate them.
  • Act as an internal force multiplier for Strategic Partnerships leadership by absorbing execution complexity and driving delivery accountability.

Requirements

  • Customer- and outcome-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business impact.
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, ecosystem success, alliance execution, or related roles within a SaaS or cloud-native company.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs tied to strategic technology partnerships or platforms.
  • Strong operational and program management skillset, with the ability to design structure where none exists.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, building reporting, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capability.
  • Ability to work remotely within the Eastern or Central US time zone to ensure optimal collaboration (required).
