Requirements

5-7 years of progressive experience designing, operating, and supporting enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
Advanced hands-on expertise with Cisco routing and switching, including complex troubleshooting in production environments.
Extensive experience administering VMware vSphere at scale, including host, cluster, and VM lifecycle management.
Deep knowledge of virtual networking, segmentation, and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
Proven success supporting always-on (24x7) operational, warehouse, or logistics environments where uptime is critical.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical design efforts, resolve high-impact issues, and clearly communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Industry certifications preferred - Cisco, VMWare, Security+, Etc.
Organizational leadership qualities with a desire for growth.
Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, stand, walk and sit.
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required.
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.
