About the role

  • Provide comprehensive support across multiple teams, including sales, recruiting, project management, and leadership
  • Assist with contract formatting, proposal preparation and data entry across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate travel
  • Assist with recruiting administration
  • Assist with facility administration
  • Publish the company newsletter and miscellaneous projects as assigned
  • May be required to lift 75 lbs. independently

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Advanced typing skills are required
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve, multitask, and prioritize effectively
  • Experience proofing and assembling proposal materials in response to RFPs/RFQs, for customer submission a plus
  • Experience in managing office operations or facilities is considered beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
