About the role
- Review orders and contracts in Salesforce for compliance with product structure.
- Process and Manage Sales Orders and contracts in our internal application, Salesforce, and NetSuite
- Adapt to changing processes and technical and contractual changes in the growing product line
- Manage the inquiry queue in the required SLA for internal and external partners.
- Participate in month-end close: support quarterly financial review and audit
- Good multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Deals Desk, and Finance partners to resolve non-compliant orders to resolve deployment bottlenecks
- Assist in process documentation and department process change initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Willing and ability to work Night Shift, coverage through 4:30 pm PST
- Proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, Look-Up formulas)
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Zendesk or other Customer service platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including understanding how to tailor messages toward different audiences and conveying the objective clearly
