About the role
- Act as the primary support and engineering contact accountable for the customer’s Azure support experience
- Drive resolution of complex critical problems and support key customer projects on Azure
- Act as the voice of the customer within Azure to escalate problems and drive prioritization of platform/support improvement needs
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise-level, mission-critical applications, resolving complex issues and driving technical resolution across cross-functional organizations
- Provide Azure platform expertise across Core IaaS, Logic/Function Apps, monitoring, and automation tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience without a Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in software industry
- 4 years of demonstrated IT experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level, mission-critical applications resolving complex issues/situations
- At least 2 years of cloud experience
- IT Server Management experience
- Experience with Azure and Cloud technologies
- Knowledge of Core IaaS: Compute, Storage, Networking, High Availability
- Experience with Logic and Function Applications, Monitor
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, C#, Open Source technologies
- Certification/Licensure: No specific certification or licensure requirements
