About the role
- Responsible for all areas of customer service related to telephone inquiries from members or patients.
- Handle incoming calls to effectively address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, claims payment, or patient services needs.
- Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Previous Data Entry experience
- Call Center or higher volume Communication experience
- Must be able to report to either Martha Jefferson or Rockingham Memorial in event of power/internet loss from remote location (1 hour to report to on site location)
