About the role

  • Responsible for all areas of customer service related to telephone inquiries from members or patients.
  • Handle incoming calls to effectively address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, claims payment, or patient services needs.
  • Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Previous Data Entry experience
  • Call Center or higher volume Communication experience
  • Must be able to report to either Martha Jefferson or Rockingham Memorial in event of power/internet loss from remote location (1 hour to report to on site location)
