About the role
- Constant variety: Provide technical assistance by phone, email, or on-site.
- Consulting: Support customers, integrators and sales teams with your technical expertise.
- Training: Train customers, dealers/resellers and colleagues on our products.
- Projects: From product testing to project documentation – you’ll be hands-on across a range of tasks.
Requirements
- Passion for technology: IT and technical systems are your thing — IP is familiar to you, and you enjoy smart software solutions.
- Experience: Ideally around 2 years in technical support or field service — enough to hit the ground running. Experience with fiber-optic technology and networks is a plus.
- Education: Technical training in IT or equivalent — you bring the required technical knowledge.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English.
- Personal qualities: Team player, able to work independently, and willing to travel within Germany and across Europe.
