About the role

  • Constant variety: Provide technical assistance by phone, email, or on-site.

Requirements

  • Passion for technology: IT and technical systems are your thing — IP is familiar to you, and you enjoy smart software solutions.
  • Experience: Ideally around 2 years in technical support or field service — enough to hit the ground running. Experience with fiber-optic technology and networks is a plus.
  • Education: Technical training in IT or equivalent — you bring the required technical knowledge.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English.
  • Personal qualities: Team player, able to work independently, and willing to travel within Germany and across Europe.
