About the role
- Own UX design for key areas of the Pathmatics and App Advertising Insights products.
- Design and iterate on complex workflows involving spend data, creatives, channels, and competitive analysis.
- Create clear, usable experiences across tables, charts, timelines, and creative libraries.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to frame problems, refine requirements, and prioritize usability.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and performant.
- Apply and evolve Sensor Tower’s design system to support consistency across analytics products.
- Balance analytical depth, usability, and technical constraints in design decisions.
- Participate in design reviews and help raise UX quality across the platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Strong UX, interaction design, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience designing B2B, SaaS, analytics, or ad-tech products.
- Comfort owning work independently and operating in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience working within and contributing to design systems.
