About the role

Own UX design for key areas of the Pathmatics and App Advertising Insights products.
Design and iterate on complex workflows involving spend data, creatives, channels, and competitive analysis.
Create clear, usable experiences across tables, charts, timelines, and creative libraries.
Partner closely with Product Managers to frame problems, refine requirements, and prioritize usability.
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and performant.
Apply and evolve Sensor Tower’s design system to support consistency across analytics products.
Balance analytical depth, usability, and technical constraints in design decisions.
Participate in design reviews and help raise UX quality across the platform.

6+ years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
Strong UX, interaction design, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience designing B2B, SaaS, analytics, or ad-tech products.
Comfort owning work independently and operating in ambiguous problem spaces.
Proficiency in Figma.
Experience working within and contributing to design systems.
