Sales Development Rep

• Research target markets, industries and prospective customers.
• Identify relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organisations.
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities via email, LinkedIn, telephone and other channels.
• Qualify leads against agreed criteria and identify customer challenges and opportunities.
• Book discovery meetings and sales appointments for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities, contacts and opportunities within HubSpot CRM.
• Support account-based marketing and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to maximise lead generation activities.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities where required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes, messaging and campaign.
