About the role
- Support internal communications function's initiatives with planning and coordination
- Develop content for intranet, email announcements, podcasts, and events
- Strong writing and graphics skills for internal communication vehicles
- Assist with internal communications for related projects across functions
- Manage and maintain company SharePoint intranet
- Ensure timely, engaging, and accurate internal communications content
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward
- Must have a high level of creativity
- Occasional travel may be required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field a plus
