About the role

  • Support Department of Interior’s (DOI) Mission Support: Operational Efficiencies and Experiences project with implementation of technology solutions and tools, and business process management
  • Utilize agile methodologies and continuous integration practices to implement adaptable technologies and business processes
  • Emphasis on scalability, interoperability, accessibility, and long-term sustainability
  • Build, test, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code (LC/NC) platforms
  • Collaborate with federal clients and internal teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories
  • Design, configure, and develop business process workflows, user interfaces, data models, and reports using LC/NC platforms
  • Execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Requirements

  • MUST be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • must be able to complete/pass/hold a public trust investigation
  • BS/BA or Currently Pursuing degree in Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related IT discipline preferred
  • Relevant business analyst certifications are preferred
  • Experience with user management (creating users, roles, assign privileges), troubleshoot errors, develop and test reconciliation routines to perform data clean up
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
