About the role
- Support Department of Interior’s (DOI) Mission Support: Operational Efficiencies and Experiences project with implementation of technology solutions and tools, and business process management
- Utilize agile methodologies and continuous integration practices to implement adaptable technologies and business processes
- Emphasis on scalability, interoperability, accessibility, and long-term sustainability
- Build, test, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code (LC/NC) platforms
- Collaborate with federal clients and internal teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories
- Design, configure, and develop business process workflows, user interfaces, data models, and reports using LC/NC platforms
- Execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Requirements
- MUST be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- must be able to complete/pass/hold a public trust investigation
- BS/BA or Currently Pursuing degree in Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related IT discipline preferred
- Relevant business analyst certifications are preferred
- Experience with user management (creating users, roles, assign privileges), troubleshoot errors, develop and test reconciliation routines to perform data clean up
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
