Support Department of Interior’s (DOI) Mission Support: Operational Efficiencies and Experiences project with implementation of technology solutions and tools, and business process management
Utilize agile methodologies and continuous integration practices to implement adaptable technologies and business processes
Emphasis on scalability, interoperability, accessibility, and long-term sustainability
Build, test, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code (LC/NC) platforms
Collaborate with federal clients and internal teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories
Design, configure, and develop business process workflows, user interfaces, data models, and reports using LC/NC platforms
Execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Requirements
MUST be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
must be able to complete/pass/hold a public trust investigation
BS/BA or Currently Pursuing degree in Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related IT discipline preferred
Relevant business analyst certifications are preferred
Experience with user management (creating users, roles, assign privileges), troubleshoot errors, develop and test reconciliation routines to perform data clean up
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
