About the role

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative business applications using low-code/no-code (LC/NC) platforms
  • Translate federal client requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that drive digital transformation and process automation
  • Collaborate directly with federal clients, project managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and design technical solutions
  • Serve as the lead analyst, providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and development team members
  • Develop and enforce governance policies, best practices, and development standards for LC/NC environments
  • Work with developers on the design and implementation of complex data models, process workflows, user interfaces, and custom integrations
  • Manage platform administration, including environment strategy, security configurations, user permissions, and capacity planning
  • Lead efforts in testing, debugging, and deploying solutions, ensuring they meet federal security and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, data dictionaries, and administration guides
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of developed applications
  • Conduct/lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Must be able to complete/pass/hold a moderate public trust investigation
  • 8+ years of experience
  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related IT discipline preferred
  • Business/Data Analyst experience within Federal Enterprise environment preferred
  • Relevant business analyst certifications preferred
  • Subject matter expert in one or more low-code/no-code (LC/NC) platforms (such as Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, etc.)
  • Experience with user management (creating users, roles, assign privileges), troubleshoot errors, develop and test reconciliation routines to perform data clean up
  • Experience developing and enforcing governance policies, best practices, and development standards for LC/NC environments
  • Experience ensuring solutions meet federal security and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP)
  • Experience with testing, debugging, deploying solutions and conducting UAT
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
