About the role
- Directly work across all areas of the facility throughout the year.
- Work with management to lead and coordinate the activities of the frozen packaging, warehousing, and shipping departments
- Maintain accurate records
- Ensure that GMP’s (General Manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed and enforced
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree and/or supervisory experience in a warehouse or food production setting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness and ability to function in a team environment.
