About the role

  • Monitor and manage client cases in the ticketing queue (Zendesk), ensuring timely responses and SLA compliance.
  • Assist with product uploading, editing, and other data entry tasks to support the logistics team.
  • Review order status to ensure smooth processing and on-time fulfillment.
  • Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Release order holds, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Pull and analyze reports for inventory, orders, or financial adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain documentation on case status and resolution steps for accurate tracking.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, order management, customer support, or data entry; vendor/client communication experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proactive and comfortable managing multiple cases independently within 30–45 days.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with Zendesk or CRM/ticketing systems a plus.
