Account Executive

• New business is the heart of this role. Building our commercial foundation is where you can add extra value as you settle in, and where there's real room to leave your mark.
• Proactively identify and acquire new customers across our target markets.
• Connect with key decision-makers (IT leads, security and compliance owners, and management) and build successful business relationships.
• Present, promote, and sell Sendent's solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Run deals end-to-end: qualification, demo coordination, quoting, negotiation, and close.
• Negotiate quotes and contract terms that work for both the customer and Sendent.
• Represent Sendent at Nextcloud and industry events across Europe (and occasionally beyond), working the booth, meeting prospects, and generating new business on the floor.
• Keep the pipeline and customer data accurate and up to date in the CRM.
• Forecast and track key sales metrics, and communicate progress clearly and transparently.
• Work with the founders and (over time) marketing on outreach, lead generation, and go-to-market.
• Help shape and document our sales process and tooling as the function grows, turning what works into something repeatable.
