About the role
- Identify and research prospective clients.
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound communication to understand needs, objections, and purchasing processes.
- Coordinate solution discussions and formal sales presentations with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored transportation solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance and pipeline targets.
Requirements
- B2B sales experience preferred, ideally within healthcare services, supportive services, or transportation sectors.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Ability to read, speak, and hear English.
