About the role
- Service-oriented management of national and international insurance programs for globally operating companies across various industries
- Identification and assessment of operational risks and the development, review and evaluation of corresponding individual and tailored coverage concepts
- Responsible for tendering, negotiation, placement and ongoing management of the insurance solutions developed
- Involvement in exciting development topics within the strategic project portfolio (e.g., digitalization initiatives / use of AI, sales initiatives, cross-line process harmonization, etc.)
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk, Fachwirt for Insurance and Finance or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry and strong knowledge of industrial property (commercial) insurance
- Excellent analytical skills, customer-focused mindset and independent problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills, confident presence and negotiation skills
- Enjoyment of working in a team
- Self-initiative and commitment, combined with curiosity and the ambition to develop professionally and personally
- Good written and spoken English
