About the role
- Service-oriented management of national and international insurance programs for globally active companies across various industries
- Identification and assessment of operational risks, and development, review and evaluation of appropriate individual and specific coverage concepts
- Responsible for tendering, negotiation, placement and ongoing management of the developed insurance solutions
- Exciting development topics within the strategic project portfolio (e.g., digitalization initiatives / use of AI, sales initiatives, cross-line process harmonization, among others)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services professional, a certified insurance and finance specialist (Fachwirt) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry and solid knowledge in industrial property insurance
- Strong analytical skills, a customer-oriented mindset and independent problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills, a confident demeanor and negotiation skills
- Enjoys working in a team
- Self-initiative and commitment, combined with curiosity and the ambition to develop professionally and personally
- Good written and spoken English
