About the role
- Support hiring needs across North America and parts of Europe
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition creation through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to understand need and build solutions for hiring objectives.
- Effectively source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Create compensation package proposals while leading the negotiation and offer process.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, social media, and recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and semiconductor talent needs to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and industry associations to attract entry-level and experienced technical talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent movements within the technology sector to provide strategic insights to the business.
- Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, candidate quality) to ensure recruitment goals are being met and continuously optimized.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have recruited in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industries.
- Proven experience recruiting for a variety of niche technical roles, such as hardware and software engineers, analog and digital design engineers, high speed test engineers, etc.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and roles required in this industry, including an understanding of microelectronics, IC design, chip development, and related fields.
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and specialized job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
