About the role

  • Optimize our ATS (Ashby) to ensure accurate workflows, data integrity, and workflow efficiencies
  • Manage and optimize BrightHire and other recruiting technologies to improve interview quality and hiring decisions
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage new recruiting tools as needed in partnership with the leadership team
  • Partner with IT and HRIS teams to ensure seamless integrations and data flow
  • Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting frameworks (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness, cNPS, Quality of Hire, and more)
  • Provide actionable insights to Recruiting leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across systems
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruiter efficiency and hiring velocity
  • Standardize interview workflows, intake processes, and hiring manager enablement materials
  • Drive project management for key TA initiatives (e.g., high-volume hiring sprints, employer branding initiatives, AI tool adoption and automation)
  • Support global hiring documentation
  • Act as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, or People Analytics in a high-growth startup or scaling technology company
  • Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS
  • Experience implementing or managing BrightHire or similar interview intelligence platforms
  • Strong expertise in recruiting analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Experience scaling processes during rapid growth phases (Series B, C, or similar environments preferred)
  • Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
