Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience building and leading sales training and enablement programs at scale.
- Preferred: 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role.
- A natural relationship builder who earns trust and credibility with senior Sales managers.
- Deep knowledge of modern sales methodologies, frameworks, and processes.
- Sharp business instincts and polished presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Analytical and data-driven with the ability to pull insights from metrics.
- Energized by ambiguity.
- An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with modern enablement and sales tech, like Gong and Spekit.
