About the role
- Responsibility for financial controlling, accounts payable and accounts receivable management, as well as payroll and personnel administration
- Management of monthly reporting
- Preparation and ongoing development of costing/calculation foundations
- Analysis of business metrics and derivation of actionable recommendations
- Further development of commercial and organizational processes at the branch
- Identification of cost-saving potential
- Professional leadership and coordination of commercial staff
- Implementation of the company budget and ensuring compliance with corporate requirements
- Budget and investment planning
- Introduction and implementation of corporate standards at the branch
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in business administration/commerce or equivalent qualification
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a commercial (junior) leadership role
- Strong numeracy and understanding of business and financial contexts
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills and methodological competence
- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-initiative, independence and a high level of commitment
- Strong team orientation with a focus on targets and results
