About the role
- Advise and support customers regarding our system products
- Process and manage orders
- Independently manage customer accounts
- Prepare quotes and cost calculations, taking technical and commercial aspects into account
- Independently develop and implement sales initiatives
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in business/commerce (e.g., commercial apprenticeship)
- Ideally experience in the flat glass sector or with related products
- Comfortable with and willing to perform telephone cold calling
- Interest in professional development and learning new skills
- Proficient in common PC applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Outgoing, communicative personality with strong organizational skills
