About the role

  • Accept, process and document support requests via our helpdesk system
  • Provide telephone support and advice to our internal users on technical questions and IT issues
  • Manage and administer user accounts in Active Directory
  • Install, configure and maintain client systems (LeafOS/Windows)
  • Support patch management and software distribution to clients
  • Participate in IT projects and continuously optimize our internal processes
  • IT documentation: maintain manuals, FAQ articles and knowledge base entries
  • Hardware management: setup, distribution and maintenance of workplace hardware (PCs, notebooks, peripherals)
  • Monitoring: monitor systems and services to detect issues at an early stage

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in first level support
  • Very good German language skills
  • Motivation, teamwork, strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer-focused work
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
