About the role
- Identification and outreach to potential new customers in the security glass segment
- Establishment, maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships
- Preparation of quotations, cost calculations and conducting contract negotiations
- Technical consulting on the properties and benefits of security glass products
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to open up new market segments
- Support and advising of existing customers to realize cross-selling potentials
- Continuous analysis of market and competitor developments
- Conducting expert product presentations and training
- Coordination of customer projects
- Representing the company at trade fairs, professional events and industry conferences
- Maintenance and expansion of the professional network in the security glass industry
Requirements
- Completed training in commercial, technical or skilled trades
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the technical or industrial sector
- Experience managing key accounts and acquiring new customers
- Knowledge of project management
- Solid knowledge in the field of security glass or a related product area is desirable
- Technical understanding
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Team player with high social competence
- Customer-oriented mindset and actions
