About the role

  • Account management and maintenance of existing customers in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Acquisition, consulting and support of new customers (architects, construction companies, glass processors)
  • Identification of market potential, market monitoring, competitive analyses and development of tailored solutions for our customers
  • Conducting product trainings and technical consultation meetings
  • Calculating and preparing quotations and contracts
  • Goal- and results-oriented order processing
  • Coordinating customer requirements with interface departments
  • Participation in trade fairs and events
  • Regular reporting to sales management and maintenance of the CRM system
  • Promoting and further developing sales through own initiatives

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written Dutch
  • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in construction, glass or related industries
  • Experience in field sales, preferably in the sale of technical products or building materials
  • Strong technical understanding (experience with insulating glass products is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within the specified regions (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium)
  • Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driving licence (Class B)
