About the role
- Account management and maintenance of existing customers in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Acquisition, consulting and support of new customers (architects, construction companies, glass processors)
- Identification of market potential, market monitoring, competitive analyses and development of tailored solutions for our customers
- Conducting product trainings and technical consultation meetings
- Calculating and preparing quotations and contracts
- Goal- and results-oriented order processing
- Coordinating customer requirements with interface departments
- Participation in trade fairs and events
- Regular reporting to sales management and maintenance of the CRM system
- Promoting and further developing sales through own initiatives
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in construction, glass or related industries
- Experience in field sales, preferably in the sale of technical products or building materials
- Strong technical understanding (experience with insulating glass products is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel within the specified regions (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium)
- Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving licence (Class B)
