About the role
- Receiving, processing and documenting support requests via our helpdesk system
- Telephone support and advice to our internal users on technical questions and IT issues
- Administration and management of user accounts in Active Directory
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of client systems (LeafOS/Windows)
- Support with patch management and software deployment to clients
- Participation in IT projects and continuous optimization of our internal processes
- IT documentation: maintaining manuals, FAQ articles and knowledge base entries
- Hardware management: setup, issuance and maintenance of workstation hardware (PCs, notebooks, peripherals)
- Monitoring: overseeing systems and services to detect disruptions at an early stage
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in First Level Support
- Very good German language skills
- Commitment, team spirit, strong communication skills and enjoyment of a customer-oriented working approach
- Driver's license (Class B)
