About the role

  • Receiving, processing and documenting support requests via our helpdesk system
  • Telephone support and advice to our internal users on technical questions and IT issues
  • Administration and management of user accounts in Active Directory
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of client systems (LeafOS/Windows)
  • Support with patch management and software deployment to clients
  • Participation in IT projects and continuous optimization of our internal processes
  • IT documentation: maintaining manuals, FAQ articles and knowledge base entries
  • Hardware management: setup, issuance and maintenance of workstation hardware (PCs, notebooks, peripherals)
  • Monitoring: overseeing systems and services to detect disruptions at an early stage

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in First Level Support
  • Very good German language skills
  • Commitment, team spirit, strong communication skills and enjoyment of a customer-oriented working approach
  • Driver's license (Class B)
