Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role
  • High-volume recruitment experience, preferably in sales, hospitality, food and beverage, and marketing
  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software (experience with Ashby and ADP is a plus)
