About the role
- Partner closely with operations and regional leadership
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage
- Gather interview feedback and consult with hiring managers
- Communicate with all candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find candidates
- Attend job fairs and community outreach events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role
- High-volume recruitment experience, preferably in sales, hospitality, food and beverage, and marketing
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software (experience with Ashby and ADP is a plus)
