About the role
- Report into Head of Revenue Operations
- Support and enable Revenue teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success
- Operational owner of new business engine
- Build systems, processes, and automations for qualified opportunities
- Design and maintain lead-to-revenue journey processes
- Build and maintain reporting for Marketing and Sales performance
- Drive efficiencies in GTM engine and optimize acquisition processes
- Maximize sales productivity through better tooling and design
Requirements
- Proven experience in a full-funnel Revenue Operations role
- Expertise in HubSpot with strong admin experience
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM models
- Hands-on experience building, scaling, and managing GTM tech stacks
- Direct experience running GTM initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate high-level goals into actionable execution plans
- Experience with low-code tools to drive operational efficiencies
- Comfortable using Excel and AI assistants
- Some familiarity with SQL
