Customer Success Manager

• As a Trainee, you will support our team on exciting customer projects in the Retail & Services sector.
• Step by step you will take on responsibility for digital projects and develop an understanding of the exciting industries of our clients.
• You will assist our team in the development and implementation of digital solutions (apps, portals, process workflows) for international clients.
• You will help translate customer requirements into initial solution concepts and digital processes.
• You will contribute to presentations, proposals, and client meetings and gain insights into day-to-day project work.
• You will support project planning and coordination and, together with the team, keep track of deadlines.
• You will work closely with project managers, developers, and designers and take on initial independent tasks.
• You will monitor market and technology trends and assist with analyses and the identification of new opportunities and potentials.
• You will support the identification of upselling and development opportunities with existing clients and help develop appropriate approaches.

Trainee Customer Success – Retail and Services

• You identify new requirements and needs of our clients and develop compelling solution approaches based on them (business analysis & requirements engineering).
• You prepare presentations and proposals for prospects and existing clients.
• You take responsibility for project deadlines and coordinate interdisciplinary teams.
• You structure complex products into clearly defined releases and, together with the client, develop MVPs that can be implemented and launched promptly.
• You work closely within the team but also take independent responsibility for your projects.
• As a link between business and IT, you lead digital projects and actively promote the further development of our client relationships.
• You collaborate with developers, business analysts, designers and other team members across multiple locations.
• You design and facilitate workshops to capture both obvious and latent client requirements.
• You actively maintain and develop your assigned client accounts, identify upsell opportunities early and position new solutions together with the client.
