Customer Success Manager

• As a trainee, you will support our team on exciting customer projects in Retail & Services.
• Step by step you will take on responsibility for digital projects and gain an understanding of the diverse industries of our clients.
• You will support the team in developing and implementing digital solutions (apps, portals, process workflows) for international clients.
• You will help to understand customer requirements and translate them into initial solution concepts and digital processes.
• You will contribute to presentations, proposals, and client meetings and gain insight into day-to-day project work.
• You will assist in planning and coordinating projects and, together with the team, keep track of deadlines.
• You will work closely with project managers, developers, and designers and take on your first independent tasks.
• You will monitor market and technology trends and support analyses as well as the identification of new opportunities and potentials.
• You will support the identification of upselling and development opportunities with existing clients and help to develop suitable approaches.
