Customer Success Manager

• You work directly with customers to identify where AI can make their work easier, faster, or better.
• You analyze business processes and, together with the customer, identify suitable AI use cases.
• You design and build AI agents and automated workflows to address real customer requirements.
• You run workshops and co-develop ideas with customers from the initial problem definition through to concrete solutions.
• You learn to connect different AI models, corporate data, and business applications.
• You work closely with AI specialists, business analysts, developers, and customer success teams.
• You support customers during the rollout of their AI solutions and ensure they are adopted in daily operations and deliver value.
• As you gain experience, you will independently take ownership of customers, projects, and AI initiatives.
• You work on real customer projects and are supported by experienced mentors and digitalization experts.
