About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You work directly with customers to identify where AI can make their work easier, faster, or better.
You analyze business processes and, together with the customer, identify suitable AI use cases.
You design and build AI agents and automated workflows to address real customer requirements.
You run workshops and co-develop ideas with customers from the initial problem definition through to concrete solutions.
You learn to connect different AI models, corporate data, and business applications.
You work closely with AI specialists, business analysts, developers, and customer success teams.
You support customers during the rollout of their AI solutions and ensure they are adopted in daily operations and deliver value.
As you gain experience, you will independently take ownership of customers, projects, and AI initiatives.
You work on real customer projects and are supported by experienced mentors and digitalization experts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A university degree, for example in business administration, business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Strong interest in artificial intelligence, digitalization, and emerging technologies
Enjoy understanding business problems and developing solutions from them
Analytical and structured thinking
Self-initiative and willingness to take on responsibility quickly
Enjoy interacting directly with customers
Good communication and presentation skills
Very good German and English language skills
Initial experience with AI tools, automation, software projects, or business analysis is a plus but not required
Willingness to engage deeply with digitalization
