About the role

  • Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the Selector Software’s AIOps analytics solution capabilities
  • Educate customers on the SelectorAI platform
  • Scope and architect customer deployments
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges
  • Participate in POC with the customer and solution engineers
  • Provide post-sales technical support in collaboration with the Customer Success team
  • Research technical topics impacting the industry
  • Interface with product management and engineering teams to provide product feedback
  • Deliver talks at trade shows and marketing events
  • Build and maintain technical relationships with customers

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in Pre-Sales Systems Engineering
  • Strong understanding of application and network protocols
  • Technical expertise in AIOps analytics solutions
  • Familiarity with SNMP, telemetry (gNMI), and other tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges
  • Experience in providing post-sales technical support
  • Research capability in Content Delivery Networks (CDN) and cloud computing
  • Good communication skills for customer interaction
