About the role

  • Establish Selector.ai as a leading voice in AIOps and Observability by producing high-value technical content
  • Build, nurture, and moderate a vibrant technical community across various channels
  • Represent Selector.ai at industry conferences, delivering technical presentations and keynotes
  • Create best-in-class technical content, including code samples and API tutorials
  • Engage with sales and account management teams for customer training

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Deep, verifiable experience in AIOps, Network Engineering/Operations, Observability (logs, metrics, traces), SRE practices, or Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to write or review code and build demos
  • Experience defining and measuring DevRel success using metrics
