About the role
- Monitoring receivables & dunning: You keep an eye on outstanding invoices, initiate reminder and dunning processes, and ensure that our receivables are settled on time.
- Resolving payment discrepancies: You analyse the causes of discrepancies, independently find solutions and maintain professional contact with our customers.
- Interface with external collection agencies: You coordinate external service providers, ensure smooth processes and keep the finance team regularly informed.
- Reconciliation & process optimization: You work closely within the team, support the optimisation of internal procedures and actively contribute to increasing efficiency.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training and several years of experience in financial accounting or receivables management.
- Strong organisational skills: You maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously and complete each task conscientiously.
- Strong communication skills: You interact confidently with customers — in person, by phone or digitally.
- Proactivity & sense of responsibility: You independently identify tasks and actively contribute to improving our processes.
