• Resolve site escalations
• Complete ad hoc projects, including adding and updating machine locations in systems
• Raise COFs, credits, and CRFs
• Communicate site installations and surveys and send RAMS
• Support debt chasing and resolve invoicing issues
• Prepare client reporting
• Provide sales administration and support across Wholesale, Remote Sales, Field Sales, or National Accounts
• Support the salesforce in retaining clients, winning new business, and growing the existing customer base

Sales Support Executive

• Help lead the UK month-end close and ensure accurate, complete and understood results
• Own Technical and Wholesale revenue and margin reporting, including actuals and variances to budget and forecast
• Prepare and review journals, perform variance analysis and provide business insight
• Own payroll journals and related reconciliations, liaising with HR and SD Worx
• Provide P&L and balance sheet variance commentary
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual Cognos reports to Group
• Complete intercompany reconciliations and netting submissions to Treasury
• Own IFRS 16 reporting
• Prepare, review and maintain balance sheet reconciliations in FloQast
• Operate, evidence and monitor key financial controls
• Act as day-to-day contact for external auditors
• Lead year-end statutory accounts preparation and the audit process
• Support free cash flow reporting and forecasting
• Support new ERP transition through data validation, process mapping and testing
• Drive reporting-cycle process improvement and automation
• Support annual budgeting and FP&A
• Deputise for the Head of Financial Control and handle ad hoc senior-management requests
