About the role
- Support the outreach and recruitment efforts for new cohorts of program participants including drafting and sending outreach emails, sharing application links, and supporting an organized recruitment workflow.
- Support communications to current and prospective program participants via email, phone, and text, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support the accurate collection and tracking of data within spreadsheets to support accurate reporting and program tracking.
- Support the organization of the appropriate files, documents, and folders within Google Drive.
- Support equitable access to trainings and meetings by coordinating and scheduling translation and interpretation services as necessary.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English required (verbal and written)
- Two plus years experience coordinating projects and programs from inception to completion with attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
- Digital fluency with Google Suite required, including organizing and managing a high volume of shared documents and folders across a team.
- Experience in data entry and data management required.
