QA Engineer

• Take test scripts authored by Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Support and execute them as those stakeholders to validate releases.
• Build and maintain a unified QA strategy that covers applications, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Review stakeholder-authored scripts, enhance them, and convert them into manual and automated test suites.
• Run functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and data-quality tests in sandbox and production-like environments.
• Embed smoke and regression checks into Copado to ensure only validated code moves forward.
• Manage realistic test data in Salesforce sandboxes and Snowflake dev environments.
• Log defects in Jira, drive root-cause analysis with developers, retest fixes, and issue clear go/no-go calls.
• Publish QA metrics showing coverage, defect trends, and release readiness.
• Coach admins, developers, and analysts to improve scripts and embrace a quality-first mindset.
