Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 3–5+ years in leadership or people management
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and React
- Experience designing backend architectures, REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, caching strategies, and integration patterns
- Practical experience working in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Ability to drive clarity, align stakeholders, and manage distributed teams effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
