About the role
- Develop deep understanding of Seismic’s platform and customer needs
- Own and drive cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch
- Translate product strategy into clear actionable roadmaps
- Shape capabilities improving platform monitoring, governance, and trust
- Partner with engineering and compliance teams on data privacy and secure integrations
- Contribute to extensibility strategy by enabling APIs and services
- Define product requirements, manage scope and tradeoffs across stakeholders
- Measure success using data, customer feedback, and usage patterns
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS platform capabilities
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable diving into conversations about system architecture
- Experience working on capabilities that support scale, security, compliance, and reliability
- Ability to simplify complexity across products, teams, and customer touchpoints
- Customer-centered point of view balancing long-term vision with pragmatic execution
- Excellent communication skills tailored to the audience
