About the role
- Work on the maintenance and evolution of cloud infrastructure environments, focusing on server administration and customer support.
- Responsible for supporting the maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement of environments, ensuring availability, performance and stability of services.
- Also handle ticket responses, incident analysis and resolution, and collaborate on implementing improvements and new technologies, contributing to the evolution of the environments and the quality of services provided.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Linux system administration
- User and permissions management
- Expansion and management of file systems (LVM, disks and mounts)
- Service control (start, stop, restart)
- Troubleshooting using commands such as: cat, grep, find, du, vmstat, top, ps
- Knowledge of mounting remote file systems (NFS, CIFS)
- Basic understanding of package management and updates on Linux
- Experience with Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
- Basic understanding of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- Experience providing end-user support
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments (resource adjustments, disk expansion in VMs)
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude in client-facing situations
- Ability to work in a team and continuously learn
