About the role

  • Work on the maintenance and evolution of cloud infrastructure environments, focusing on server administration and customer support.
  • Responsible for supporting the maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement of environments, ensuring availability, performance and stability of services.
  • Also handle ticket responses, incident analysis and resolution, and collaborate on implementing improvements and new technologies, contributing to the evolution of the environments and the quality of services provided.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Linux system administration
  • User and permissions management
  • Expansion and management of file systems (LVM, disks and mounts)
  • Service control (start, stop, restart)
  • Troubleshooting using commands such as: cat, grep, find, du, vmstat, top, ps
  • Knowledge of mounting remote file systems (NFS, CIFS)
  • Basic understanding of package management and updates on Linux
  • Experience with Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
  • Experience providing end-user support
  • Basic knowledge of cloud environments (resource adjustments, disk expansion in VMs)
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude in client-facing situations
  • Ability to work in a team and continuously learn
