About the role

  • Provide support and maintenance for TOTVS RM modules focused on People Management
  • Ensure continuity of HR processes, user support, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Analyze incidents, implement fixes, support improvements and act as a focal point between HR, IT and vendors.

Requirements

  • Provide functional and technical support for the following modules: TOTVS People Management – Meu RH Portal / RM Portal / RM Chronus / RM Labore
  • Respond to user tickets, analyze incidents and propose effective solutions
  • Configure and maintain timekeeping rules, work schedules, payroll events, calculations and HR processes
  • Support time and payroll closing activities, ensuring data consistency
  • Perform testing, validations and follow up on system fixes and updates
  • Support integrations with third-party systems (when applicable)
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
  • Work proactively to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Interact with internal teams, consulting firms and TOTVS support to resolve requests.
