About the role

  • Support and enhance SAP SD processes, including the sales cycle, order management, billing/invoicing, deliveries/shipments, and pricing
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and enhancement requests in the SAP environment
  • Ensure proper integration of the SD module with other SAP modules, especially FI, MM, and CO
  • Support functional adjustments, configuration/parameterization, and continuous improvements in commercial/business processes
  • Interact with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, validate solutions, and implement changes
  • Participate in alignment meetings, functional analyses, and occasional on-site visits for critical requests or workshops

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior SAP SD Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of sales, billing/invoicing, deliveries/shipments, returns, and pricing processes
  • Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) or SAP support
  • Functional analysis skills and a solid understanding of commercial/business processes
