About the role

  • Upload part numbers for assigned vehicle families into corporate data systems
  • Process documentation on changes or modifications to components from assigned vehicle families
  • Process work orders for laboratories / workshops according to tests defined
  • Request and submit purchase orders for Prototype parts acquisition, external testing
  • Create required documentation for component’s functional testing in assembly plants
  • Coordinate parts shipping between supplier and assembly plant
  • Release temporary or definitive approvals for part validation on assigned vehicle families
  • Gather all documentation regarding analysis and solving of functional and durability failures
  • Lead release and approval of part development with suppliers according to 'Source Package' process
  • Attend training and development plan to acquire required abilities and knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering or Business Management
  • Preferably 1-3 years in manufacturing industry or administrative project management
  • Basic knowledge in automotive vehicles and systems
  • Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management and Project Management
  • Good skills in communicate and present ideas, as well as experience in basic software suites (Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Minitab etc.)
