About the role
- Upload part numbers for assigned vehicle families into corporate data systems
- Process documentation on changes or modifications to components from assigned vehicle families
- Process work orders for laboratories / workshops according to tests defined
- Request and submit purchase orders for Prototype parts acquisition, external testing
- Create required documentation for component’s functional testing in assembly plants
- Coordinate parts shipping between supplier and assembly plant
- Release temporary or definitive approvals for part validation on assigned vehicle families
- Gather all documentation regarding analysis and solving of functional and durability failures
- Lead release and approval of part development with suppliers according to 'Source Package' process
- Attend training and development plan to acquire required abilities and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering or Business Management
- Preferably 1-3 years in manufacturing industry or administrative project management
- Basic knowledge in automotive vehicles and systems
- Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management and Project Management
- Good skills in communicate and present ideas, as well as experience in basic software suites (Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Minitab etc.)
