💰 $80,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Identify greenfield prospects across a defined US Federal Government portfolio.
- Develop those prospects into a pipeline and work with the revenue team to convert these prospects into net new opportunities and clients.
- Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
- Build your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches
- Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority
Requirements
- Have experience working for – OR – have a proven track record selling software (preferably a SaaS solution) to the US Federal Civilian Departments and Agencies.
- Ability to effectively work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders from entry-level employees to C-suite executive
- Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
- Genuine customer empathy
- Organized and strong time management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
- A sense of urgency and persistence
- Ability to get or maintain a US Security Clearance

- Must be a U.S. citizen
