About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and go-to-market functions, with a strong focus on software engineering and sales.
- Position talent acquisition as a proactive, data-driven function that anticipates business needs and delivers high-impact talent solutions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, collaborating with senior leaders, HR, legal, and finance to support workforce planning, succession strategies, and transformation initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, from intake and job postings through sourcing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent, leveraging multiple channels, platforms, and networks.
- Maintain an organized and proactive candidate pipeline, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience with timely updates and feedback.
- Champion Seeq’s employer brand, culture, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through engaging interactions with candidates and the community.
- Establish clear performance metrics to elevate talent acquisition outcomes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience with significant impact in SaaS/B2B organizations.
- Proven success in recruiting for senior-level, niche, or hard-to-fill roles across technical and go-to-market functions.
- Must have experience recruiting for software engineers and sales executives in a SaaS/B2B environment.
- Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking pipelines, reporting, recruiting metrics, and data analysis). Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to shape recruitment strategies.
- Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders to design and execute hiring strategies.
- Demonstrated success in influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels, including executive level.
- Experience leading or mentoring other recruiters and contributing to process or system improvements.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies, including experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workable experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards related to recruiting and hiring practices.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term talent planning and immediate hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
